The ph82 Platform is operated under Philippine jurisdiction and is primarily intended for players located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. ph82 does not warrant that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
ph82 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals. ph82 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph82 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your ph82 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. ph82 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are processed within 30 minutes in most cases. Bank withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. ph82 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.
ph82 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. ph82 may suspend or delay withdrawals pending AML review. All suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law. Deposited funds must be genuinely wagered before withdrawal; depositing and withdrawing without meaningful play may be treated as a suspicious transaction.
Important: ph82 may only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph82 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All ph82 bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail. ph82 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Bonus funds credited to a ph82 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
ph82 does not permit bonus abuse of any kind. The ph82 Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once via multiple registrations or devices will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the ph82 platform, it is final and may not be amended or cancelled. ph82 will not be responsible for bets placed in error by the player. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, ph82 will investigate and apply the outcome that most fairly reflects the intended transaction.
ph82 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical system failures affecting odds accuracy, events cancelled or abandoned without a result, and bets placed in violation of these Terms.
Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. ph82 publishes betting rules specific to each sport and league. Settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body. ph82's decision on settlement in the case of disputed results is final.
ph82 Casino live table games are operated by third-party certified studios. Results are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by real dealers and are not subject to software manipulation. ph82 is not responsible for connection interruptions during live table sessions; however, bets already placed and confirmed at the time of interruption will be settled according to the round outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph82 Platform and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: ph82 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR.

Any ph82 player may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from their ph82 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph82's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by ph82's negligence; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
ph82 collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and ph82's Privacy Policy. By registering a ph82 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph82 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph82 will notify registered players via email or platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the ph82 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via customer support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph82 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph82 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's formal player complaint process or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.
